For the first time in Russia, the Gulkevichsky Starch Plant launched the industrial production of MultyDex® Brown and MultyDex® Brown AG (agglomerated) brown maltodextrin. 

From now on, all Russian manufacturers of coffee, cocoa, chocolate, drinks and other food products based on them will be able to improve the consumer properties of their products with MultyDex® Brown and replace foreign analogues. 

MultyDex® Brown and MultyDex® Brown AG are a new line of brown maltodextrins – homogeneous loose powders of brown to dark brown color obtained by partial starch hydrolysis, followed by color matching and drying, which preserves the basic polymer structure. 

MultyDex® Brown and MultyDex® Brown AG are natural food components that expand and improve the consumer properties of food products and used to carry taste and aroma information, control sweetness, and enhance the product structure in the production of coffee, cocoa, chocolate and other food products based on them.
