Maltodextrin and dry glucose syrups are commonly used in beverage production. MultiDex® line products will help to produce delicious and modern drinks that will be enjoyed by the customers. Application of MultyDex® maltodextrin helps to regulate the density of the beverage, increase the concentration of solids while maintaining transparency and improving the organoleptic quality parameters. In dry beverage mixes MultyDex® maltodextrin will provide improved water solubility and preservation of flavoring agents as well as density and necessary viscosity to the ready beverage. MultyDex® dry glucose syrup will help to reduce sucrose and sweetness of the drink when needed. It is recommended to use MultyDex® 18 maltodextrin with dextrose equivalent of 18-20 to control the density of the drink, and dry glucose syrup MultyDex® GS with dextrose equivalent of 25-30 is used to control solids, reduce sweetness and sucrose. The use of MultyDex® as a component of energy drinks allows to reduce the mass fraction of sucrose, increasing the energy balance by glucose, as well as improve the consistency and taste of the drink.
The MultyDex® application in soft drinks manufacture helps to intensify the perception of flavoring agents, increase the density and provide the integrity of drink flavour.
